Antistatic agent is a kind of additive added to plastics or coated on the surface of molded products to reduce the accumulation of static electricity. Generally, according to the different methods of use, antistatic agents can be divided into two categories: internal and external. The main antistatic agents used in plastics are internal antistatic agents. It can also be divided into temporary and permanent according to the performance of antistatic agents.
Polyester amine antistatic agent can be used in polyurethane pouring, thermoplastic elastomer, soft or semi-rigid foam, microporous elastomer, coating, ink or glue and other products. It has excellent conductivity and electrostatic dissipation ability, and can effectively reduce the surface resistance of products to 35 megohm /7-8 power. Even at a low temperature of -10 ºC, it can still maintain below 100k Ω, meeting the requirements of ESD products, and the antistatic effect is long-lasting, It has good compatibility with component A, colorless and transparent, good dispersion, heat resistance and yellowing resistance
