XPJ500 is a high-content, high-efficiency silicone defoamer agent designed for water-based systems. It is water-based emulsion, excellent stability and will not produce bleaching oil if diluted directly by water, so it is very simple to use. Product consumption is less and defoaming speed is faster. And also, the effect in antifoaming is more obvious. And in different application conditions (PH4-12), the agent can still play the role of antifoaming and defoaming.

 

XPJ500 has a wide range of applications and is suitable for water-based systems in various industrial and production processes.Its applications include:1. Sizing, scouring, dyeing and finishing processes (room temperature) in the textile industry;2: the production of water-borne adhesives and adhesives; 3: The production technology of latex;4: plating bath and metal etching bath;5: Production and application of water-soluble ink;6: Preparation of industrial detergents and special chemicals;7: Tannery process;8: Used in wastewater treatment system;9: Addition of pesticides in manufactured products;10: Preparation of diluted defoamer

 

It is suggested that the required amount of defoamer should be diluted by foaming liquid or clean cold water by 1: 3, and the recommended dosage is about 0.2-1.5‰ .

This product should be packed in 125L flange plastic barrel. After using the product, the container must be closed to maintain the quality of the product. Store the product at room temperature to avoid prolonged exposure to extreme hot and cold. Since the product contains water, it must be prevented from freezing. And thus to avoid stratification.
